*Extended Stay Monthly guests allowed year round on sites 38-95. All other sites must vacate before May 1st of each year
**Riverfront monthly guests must vacate by December 31, 2020 as the riverfront sites will be under construction in January/2021.

Reservation Policies
Check-In: 3:00pm
Check-Out: 11:00am
Late Check-In: We understand that some guests may need to check-in after normal business hours. Late check-in is available, please call ahead if you’ll be checking in after hours.
Pets: Dogs must be kept on a 6 feet or smaller leash AT ALL TIMES. All guests must bring proof of pet’s vaccination. Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers and Chows are not permitted in the resort.
Vehicles: Guests must provide Proof of Insurance and Current Registration for ALL Vehicles and Vessels.
